How to Order

For your convenience, you can place your order online using our Secured Shopping Cart.  If you wish to pay by check, please use our PayPal system to have your payment debited from your bank account.  You can order from our online store 24 hours, 7 days a week, with complete confidence.  Just click the "Buy Now" Button, and you will be guided through the online ordering process step-by-step. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Shipping/Delivery Information

Most items are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Please add 3 days to processing time for personalized orders. Items that take longer to ship are clearly marked with the expected shipping date.  Please allow 3-5 business days in (addition to the processing time )to receive your order. Standard delivery is Priority Mail which is 2-4 business days depending on your city.  Orders received by December 14th are guaranteed for Christmas delivery using standard shipping.  For overnight express shipping, please contact us.

Depending on the products you order, multiple-item orders may arrive in separate packages (with no additional shipping charge).  Consequently, it is possible for items to arrive on different days.

Sometimes manufacturers update or replace designs, styles and items without notice.  In this case, you will automatically receive the replacement item as indicated by the manufacturer or a similar item of equal or more value.

Personalization

Many of our social papers can be personalized with your name, verse, photo and/or logo. To ensure that your order is processed correctly, please make sure to proofread your entries and that you have added the correct quantity to your shopping basket. The shopping quantity automatically defaults to "1" but you will need to enter your actual quantity after selecting the quantity and pricing in the drop down box. Also, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Logo Printing

Logo printing is available for many of our greeting cards. For the die-cut logo cards found in our Business Logo section, the logos will be printed in the same ink color as your text and the printing cost is included in the listed price. For all other selections, there is a $35.00 charge for one-color artwork and an additional charge for multiple colors, foil printing and complex designs. When submitting your artwork, please submit clean black and white image files close to the size that you want printed. Acceptable high resolution formats are TIF and PDF with 600 dpi. Out of Stock Items

If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately with the expected shipping time frame. In the event that payment for the item has already been made, you have the option of having your payment returned until the item is back in stock and has been shipped, or you can request a credit towards another item. Our goal is customer satisfaction so we try to keep our website updated with product availability.  However, there may be a rare occasion that a product has sold out and is not marked.

Using Coupons

If you have received a coupon or special discount, you may attach your coupon with your mail-in order or include the discount/promotion code in the appropriate field when placing your order online.

Coupon Codes are distributed regularly to our "Newsletter Subscribers" and "Registered Members" via e-mail.  To use these discounts, simply enter the discount codes into the box marked "Coupon Code" next to the item you are ordering.  The coupon codes are case sensitive.  Remember to include this information in the comments section of your Order Form if ordering by mail or fax. Return Policy

In the event that your purchase is damaged or broken during shipping, notify us of the damage within 3 days of receipt of your order and save all packing materials.  We will provide instructions on returning the item and arrange for a replacement.

  1. Notify us via e-mail or phone within 3 days of receipt of item.

  2. In order to help us serve you better, please provide a reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

  4. Item must be returned in the original condition and the original packaging along with your Return Authorization number within 10 days of receipt.

We're sorry, but unauthorized returns and return requests for items that do not meet the 3-day notification requirement will NOT be accepted.  Gift Certificates, Seasonal Products and Discounted Merchandise (coupons, specials, promotions, etc.) are NOT returnable.
